Salary Range: Pay Grade 12 (MIN-MID) $29,129.28 – $38,588.64 yearly at 37.5 hour work week

Description of Job Duties

Provide assistance to customers in using the resources of the State Archives, and perform research and respond to telephone, mail and email requests for information. Accession, appraise, arrange, describe and preserve historical public records and make these records available for research. Transfer records from state and local government agencies to the State Archives. Retrieve and refile original records as requested by agencies, and for onsite customers. Participate in special archival projects and outreach activities as needed. Perform other duties as required
